Give the outcome a job
“Agreement sent” tells a teammate something happened. It does not, on its own, update a status field or prepare the next task. When teams rely on the rep to perform every follow-up step manually, those steps can become inconsistent even when the call itself went well.
In Dial Amp, a disposition can carry configured actions alongside its label. An administrator can decide what should happen when the rep selects it for a Lead or Contact. The rep makes the decision at the call screen; the configured workflow handles the repeatable steps.
Different next steps, one deliberate choice
Depending on the team’s configuration, a disposition can update supported Zoho CRM fields, create a follow-up task, or use a connected Zoho email template. A Zoho Sign action can send a mapped template from the agent’s own connected account. These are distinct actions, not a promise that every outcome sends every kind of follow-up.
The completed call is logged as a Zoho CRM Call activity at disposition time. Configured action delivery has its own status, so a call record and an external follow-up should not be treated as the same thing.
Keep recording storage separate
A recording archive is another useful part of a calling operation, but it should not be confused with an immediate disposition action. When enabled and connected, available recordings can be saved to Zoho WorkDrive separately from the rep’s next-call workflow. The organization remains responsible for its recording policy, access, and applicable consent requirements.
This separation is intentional. The rep should be able to finish a call and move on without making every later delivery look like it happened instantly. It also makes the workflow easier to explain: choose the outcome, run its configured actions, and track other deliveries on their own terms.
