Power Dialer
for Zoho CRM

Call through your Zoho CRM Leads and Contacts faster—without repetitive dialing and extra CRM admin. Dial Amp keeps your calls, notes and outcomes connected to the right Zoho record.

How Dial Amp’s Zoho CRM Power Dialer Works

Call through your Zoho CRM Leads or Contacts with the matching record in view.

  1. Choose your Zoho Leads or Contacts

Start a session from the CRM records you want to call.

  2. Make the call with the CRM record in view

Dial Amp shows the matching Zoho record in your configured call screen. Add the CRM fields your team needs and make key fields required before saving a disposition.

  3. Choose the outcome and continue

Save a disposition; its configured actions and session settings determine whether the next contact follows.

See what gets saved

Every call stays with its Zoho CRM record.

After a real call attempt, the selected disposition saves the Closed Call activity and notes to the matching Zoho Lead or Contact.

Try a second Zoho phone number before moving on.

When a primary-number attempt reaches no answer, busy, or voicemail, use Call secondary number to try the same Lead or Contact at a second configured Zoho phone number before moving to another contact.

Choose the primary and secondary Zoho phone fields for your calling workflow. The secondary number becomes the next call for the same CRM record—not a continuation of the first attempt. Each call has its own history entry, timing, and notes, plus its own recording when recording is enabled.

The built-in control does not need a dedicated disposition button. If you prefer to configure this step for a particular outcome, choose After Click → Try secondary number on that disposition.

Built to keep your agents calling.

Keep the calling moment simple for the agent, from caller ID to the first follow-up.

One-click voicemail drop

Record a message once. When voicemail answers, select the drop instead of listening through the full greeting and repeating the same introduction.

The agent chooses the voicemail outcome in the session; its configured disposition actions govern the next contact.

Explore voicemail drop

You decide what happens next.

Set each disposition button to move to the next contact, ask what to do, switch to Live Answer, or try a configured secondary number after an unanswered primary-number attempt. You choose which outcomes keep the queue moving and which need your attention.

The next step follows your button’s After Click setting—not a fixed automatic sequence.

Configure follow-up for each outcome, too: update Zoho CRM fields, add tags, send a selected Zoho CRM email template, or request a signature through Zoho Sign. These actions run when the agent selects the matching disposition in Dial Amp.

Built for Zoho CRM—not bolted onto it.

Dial Amp is purpose-built for Zoho CRM teams. Leads, Contacts, fields, email templates and configured follow-up stay at the centre of the calling workflow—not a separate system your agents have to work around.

Use your existing CRM fields, tags and email templates. Send Zoho Sign documents. Review and save follow-up tasks. Automatically store Zoho CRM call recordings in Zoho WorkDrive when recording is enabled and WorkDrive is connected.

Your Zoho CRM stays the system of record. Dial Amp makes calling through it faster.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a power dialer for Zoho CRM?

A power dialer helps an agent call through a list of Zoho CRM records one person at a time, without dialing each number by hand. Dial Amp combines that calling queue with CRM details, call notes, and configured follow-up actions.

How does Dial Amp work with Zoho CRM?

Connect your Zoho CRM account, choose the records you want to call, and start a Dial Amp session. Review each contact’s details, make the call, and select an outcome to save the result and run the actions your team has configured.

Can I power dial both Zoho CRM Leads and Contacts?

Yes. Dial Amp supports calling queues built from Zoho CRM Leads or Contacts. Each call keeps its link to the originating CRM record, so notes, call activities, and configured updates go back to the right person.

Can I call a second Zoho phone number for the same contact?

Yes. With a secondary Zoho phone field configured, use Call secondary number after no answer, busy, or voicemail on the primary number, before advancing to another contact. You can also configure a disposition’s After Click action to Try secondary number. It creates a separate call for the same CRM record with its own outcome, timing, notes, and recording when recording is enabled. It is not available during a live conversation.

Does Dial Amp automatically log calls in Zoho CRM?

After a real call attempt, saving its disposition creates a Closed Call activity on the linked Zoho CRM record. Call notes and available call details are included. When recording is enabled and WorkDrive is connected, Dial Amp automatically adds the recording link once the audio is ready.

Can call dispositions update Zoho CRM fields?

Yes. A disposition can update supported CRM fields, apply selected Zoho tags, and control whether the calling session moves to the next contact or stays on the current record. Your team configures those actions in Dial Amp.

Can I send Zoho CRM email templates or Zoho Sign documents after a call?

Yes. Configure a disposition to send a selected Zoho CRM email template or launch a configured Zoho Sign document using the connected accounts. Follow-up tasks can also be prepared from the call, with the agent reviewing and saving the task before it is created in Zoho.

Can I drop prerecorded voicemails while power dialing?

Yes. Record or select a voicemail message, then use the assigned voicemail button when you reach a machine. That button queues the message and runs its configured next action, which can move you to the next contact. Delivery is tracked separately.

Can agents use their own phone without showing their personal number?

Agents can speak on a mobile or desk phone while managing the session on screen. Outbound customer calls use the Dial Amp number or verified caller ID selected for the session, rather than the agent’s personal phone number.
