Zoho CRM call recording.Keep control of your recordings.
Record outbound calls from your Zoho CRM workflow for review and coaching, then choose how they’re stored and retained. Keep recordings in Dial Amp temporarily, or archive them to your own Zoho WorkDrive so you can manage them under your organization’s privacy and retention policies.

Disclosure and consent for your Zoho CRM calls.
Configure your recording disclosure once and Dial Amp puts it in front of your agents when they reach a live contact.
Use your own approved wording, require an acknowledgement, and keep a record of what was presented, who acknowledged it and when. Consistent process. Less guesswork. Better records.

Review recorded calls directly from Call History without hunting for files. Agents can access their own recordings, while admins can review calls across the team for coaching, quality control and training.
Open a completed call from Call History to see the contact, the agent who called, the duration and the saved disposition. The recording sits alongside the call notes, so you can review the conversation without piecing together separate records.
Play, pause or jump to a specific moment to check a detail before your next follow-up.
Admins can listen to calls across the team and compare the conversation with the outcome the agent recorded. Review how an agent opened the call, handled an objection or agreed on the next step.
Use specific moments from the recording to explain what worked and what to try differently—not just the final call result.
With recording enabled and WorkDrive connected, recordings can be automatically archived to your organization’s Zoho WorkDrive. Once delivered, the call detail includes a link to open the archived recording.
Dial Amp’s temporary copy follows your selected storage policy. Successfully archived WorkDrive files remain under your organization’s own access and retention policies.

Choose where Zoho call recordings live—and for how long.
Admins choose one of four distinct storage policies for supported outbound calls.
Do not store recordings means no new recordings. Zoho WorkDrive only temporarily captures audio for transfer, then removes the Dial Amp copy after upload is verified. Choose 15 days or 30 days to keep a local copy for that period; recordings are also archived to WorkDrive when connected.
Choose how long Dial Amp keeps its recording copy.
The 30-day limit applies only to Dial Amp’s temporary copy. Dial Amp does not delete files saved in your Zoho WorkDrive. If an upload has not succeeded within 30 days in WorkDrive-only mode, the temporary Dial Amp copy is deleted and the recording may be lost.
Shared connection managed by an adminFrequently Asked Questions
When does an agent see the recording disclosure?
Only after the agent explicitly selects Live Answer. Voicemail, no-answer, busy, and other non-live outcomes do not show the per-call disclosure banner.
What does the disclosure acknowledgement record?
By default, the agent confirms Disclosure provided or Consent declined. The call-level record preserves the exact wording shown, the agent, and the timestamp. It is an agent acknowledgement, not proof that the called party consented.
What happens when a contact declines consent?
Recording is stopped and prevented for that contact, and partial copies must not be kept.
What recording storage choices are available?
Admins can choose Do not store recordings, Zoho WorkDrive only, 15 days, or 30 days. The 30-day limit in WorkDrive-only mode applies only to Dial Amp’s temporary copy. Dial Amp does not delete files saved in your Zoho WorkDrive; those remain under your organization’s own retention policies. If an upload has not succeeded within 30 days, Dial Amp deletes its temporary copy and the recording may be lost.
How are recordings attached to Zoho call activities?
When a recording is available and WorkDrive is connected, successful delivery can associate it with the matching Zoho Call Activity. WorkDrive transfer happens after the call and does not delay activity creation.
Does Dial Amp determine whether recording is lawful?
No. Recording requirements vary by jurisdiction and use case. Each organization is responsible for its disclosure, consent, access, and retention policies.
Can agents pause and resume a recording?
Yes. While recording is active, agents can use Pause Recording and Resume Recording without ending the call. The same recording is retained, with silence during the paused interval. These controls depend on recording settings and consent, and recording cannot resume after the contact declines it. Pause/resume alone does not make sensitive-information collection compliant.
