Purpose-built for Zoho CRM

What you’ll accomplish

The result

Start by signing in to your existing Dial Amp account and connecting your own Zoho CRM identity. Then install or get access to the Zoho CRM extension and confirm the workspace-level setup with an administrator. Zoho Sign is optional for signature workflows; the shared Zoho WorkDrive connection is optional and admin-only.

Before you begin

  • You have an existing Dial Amp account. If you cannot sign in or do not have an account, ask your Dial Amp administrator for access.
  • You can sign in to the Zoho CRM organization your team uses. Know its Zoho data center: United States (.com) or Canada (.zohocloud.ca).
  • A Zoho CRM administrator may need to install or share the Dial Amp Marketplace extension for your organization.

Access to have ready

Use an account with permission to access the Zoho CRM records and Dial Amp settings needed for these steps. The right access depends on your organization’s setup; ask your CRM administrator if you’re unsure.

Step-by-step instructions

Work through the steps in order. Each number marks an action in this tutorial.

  1. Sign in to your Dial Amp account

Open Dial Amp and sign in with your existing account. From the Dashboard, open Setup Checklist to see the setup items for your account.

If you do not yet have Dial Amp access, ask your Dial Amp administrator to create or invite your account rather than trying to connect a different Zoho user.

  2. Connect your own Zoho CRM account

In Dashboard → Setup Checklist, click Open Integrations. On Integrations, choose the matching Zoho data center—United States (.com) or Canada (.zohocloud.ca)—then click Connect on the Zoho CRM card and authorize your own Zoho account.

This is your personal CRM connection for your Zoho identity. If your team uses Zoho template emails from dispositions, the Zoho CRM connection is also used for those actions.

  3. Connect optional Zoho services only if your workflow needs them

On Integrations, Zoho Sign appears under More Zoho integrations · optional. If you send signature requests from dispositions, connect your own Zoho Sign account using that card’s Connect action. It is a separate connection from Zoho CRM.

Zoho WorkDrive is optional shared storage for call recordings and is managed only by an account administrator. Ask your administrator about it if your team wants recordings saved to the team’s WorkDrive; agents do not connect their own WorkDrive accounts.

  4. Get the Zoho CRM extension

From Dashboard → Setup Checklist, use Get Extension in the step titled Install the Dial Amp extension or ask your Zoho admin to share the extension with you. Follow the Zoho Marketplace installation flow, or ask your Zoho CRM administrator to share the extension if you cannot install it yourself.

There is no separate Dial Amp installation setting in Integrations; the extension is provided through Zoho Marketplace.

  5. Open Dial Amp from Zoho CRM and confirm shared setup

Open the Dial Amp extension from Zoho CRM. If it asks you to sign in, use your existing Dial Amp account. Confirm with your Dial Amp administrator that the team’s shared setup—such as available caller IDs, calling hours, dispositions, and call-screen defaults—is ready for your role.

The Setup Checklist may include organization-level items that only an administrator can complete. WorkDrive is optional; ask which shared checklist items your team requires rather than connecting an admin-only service yourself.

When you are ready to make a first session, follow How to call a list in Zoho CRM with Dial Amp. This getting-started guide stops at account and extension setup.

You’re done when…

Check your result

  • You can sign in to your existing Dial Amp account and your own Zoho CRM connection shows Connected in Integrations.
  • The Dial Amp extension is available from Zoho CRM, either through your Marketplace installation or an administrator sharing it.
  • You know which shared calling setup is ready for your role and whether your workflow needs optional Zoho Sign or admin-managed Zoho WorkDrive.

If something doesn’t look right

Troubleshooting

Why is Connect unavailable for Zoho CRM?

Choose the correct Zoho data center first. If the Connect action remains unavailable, ask your Dial Amp administrator to check account access.

Why can I not find Dial Amp in Zoho CRM?

The Zoho Marketplace extension may not be installed or shared with your CRM organization. Use Get Extension from Dashboard → Setup Checklist, or ask your Zoho CRM administrator to share it.

Why does the extension ask me to sign in, or say my email is not registered?

Sign in with your existing Dial Amp account. If you do not have access, ask your Dial Amp administrator to create or invite your account; connecting Zoho CRM does not create Dial Amp user access.
