Affiliate program
terms.
Clear rules for a straightforward partnership.
By enrolling in the Dial Amp affiliate program, you agree to these additional program rules. They are in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
Commission
Affiliates earn a commission equal to 15% of eligible Dial Amp subscription revenue attributable to referred subscriptions while those subscriptions remain active. New referrals attributed under these updated terms have a 24-calendar-month commission window beginning with the referred customer’s first paid subscription. Only eligible subscription payments made during that window earn commission; payments made on or after its end do not. Cancelling, restarting or changing a subscription does not restart or extend the window. Existing referrals retain their previous commission terms, and previously earned commissions are not changed by this limit. Commission applies only to eligible subscription revenue. Taxes, telephone numbers, usage, SMS, refunds, chargebacks and other excluded charges do not earn commission. No commission is earned on an affiliate’s own subscription, self-referrals, or transactions arranged to evade these rules.
Tracking and attribution
Referrals are tracked through the unique referral link and program systems provided by Dial Amp. Referral links apply to new customer registrations; existing customers cannot be attributed after signup. Dial Amp does not guarantee attribution where a link is not used, tracking is unavailable, or a referral cannot reasonably be verified. Do not alter tracking mechanisms or misrepresent a referral.
Holds and payout
New commissions are held for 45 days. After the hold, payable commissions accumulate toward a minimum payout of $100 USD per affiliate. Smaller balances carry forward without being paid separately. Once the accumulated payable balance reaches at least $100, it is included in the next monthly manual PayPal payout review on the 5th of each month. Commissions still on hold do not count toward the minimum. Payouts are not automatic transfers and may be paused when a review is necessary. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate PayPal details and for any applicable tax obligations.
Honest promotion and disclosure
Clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you recommend Dial Amp or share a referral link. Describe the product and offer accurately; do not make guarantees about results, savings, compliance or product capabilities. Your statements must reflect your own honest experience and must not imply Dial Amp has endorsed you beyond this program.
Prohibited promotion
Do not send unsolicited spam or otherwise unlawful promotions. Do not make misleading claims, impersonate Dial Amp or another person, abuse Dial Amp trademarks or use them in a domain name, misrepresent your relationship with Dial Amp, engage in self-referrals, or promote in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Reviews, reversals and suspension
Dial Amp may review activity, suspend an affiliate account, or void commissions connected to fraud, self-referrals, refunds, chargebacks or noncompliant promotion. A payout may be paused while a review is necessary. Program participation is not a guarantee that any promotion is compliant with laws that apply to you; you are responsible for your own disclosures and promotion practices.
Customer access is separate
You do not need to be a Dial Amp customer to participate. Affiliate access and customer workspace access are separate. Enrolling as an affiliate does not buy a subscription, start a trial, or otherwise create customer access.
Other terms
These program rules supplement, and do not replace, Dial Amp’s general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. Those policies continue to apply where relevant. Dial Amp may update program rules or administer the program to address fraud, operational needs or compliance concerns.
Affiliates are responsible for understanding requirements that apply to their own promotions. These terms are not a compliance guarantee or legal advice.
